The room was spacious and very clean, making it a comfortable choice for our family. The breakfast options were enjoyable, although the pancake machine was not working during our stay. A more attentive staff interaction at check-in would have improved the experience.

The suite was really spacious, perfect for our family of 4. The bathroom had full-size shampoo and conditioner which I loved. Seriously, the pillows and mattress were super comfy, made for a great night's sleep. Just a note, there was limited TV options because it was just a smart TV and we didn't wanna sign into multiple accounts away from home. Overall, a comfy stay!

The lobby was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. I appreciated the accessibility features throughout the hotel, especially the spacious hallways and elevators which made it easy for me and my fellow seniors to navigate comfortably.
More seating in common areas would be great.

missingWrote a review on Oct 29comfortable beddingspacious roomsmounted toiletriespersistent odoroutdated decor
Conveniently located, providing easy access to nearby attractions and quick drives into town. The room offered decent space, comfortable bedding, and mounted toiletries reducing plastic waste, which is a solid touch for eco-conscious guests.
Upon arrival, the room had a strange, persistent odor—like mildew mixed with wet dog—making it quite uncomfortable, especially with small children in tow. The air conditioning only intensified the smell, and attempts to switch rooms fell flat as none were available. Additionally, the decor seemed a bit outdated, with some noticeable wear in the bathroom, highlighting a need for renovations.

The lobby greeted us with a comfortable vibe, including an array of complimentary popcorn that made the stay feel more relaxed. Breakfast offered a solid mix of options, including those delectable cinnamon buns that make a morning meal worthwhile.
My room, while spacious, had a door that didn’t fit snugly in its frame. one solid bump could have swung it open. Additionally, the overall cleanliness could have used a boost, as the initial smell was less than appealing. I also noticed a dirty sheet that needed replacing. My TV didn’t function during my stay, which was a letdown for some downtime. It's understandable that not all hotels can service the room daily, but it felt a bit off for an extended visit. Definitely not the normal Holiday Inn experience I anticipated.

The location was good, perfect for a short transit stay. We loved how spacious the suite was. it was ideal for a family of four. The bathroom's full-size bottles of shampoo and conditioner were a nice touch, as it reduced single-use plastic waste. However, when parking out front was full, navigating our way back inside from the back was a bit unclear, especially since we had to go through the pool area.
